Salsa With A Hint Of Citrus Habanero
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 jalapenos, diced (remove the seeds to reduce the heat factor)
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Virgin Olive Citrus Habanero Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Prepare all ingredients and combine.
- Cover and place in the fridge for a minimum of 8 hours.
