Roasted Balsamic Asparagus Recipe
- 1 lb Asparagus
- 1Tablespoon Virgin Olive Meyer Lemon Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Virgin Olive Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and ground pepper
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- Line a baking pan with foil.
- Prep asparagus (wash, cut ends off).
- Mix oil and vinegar together and then toss with asparagus.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for 10 min or until tender.
