Roasted Asparagus With Lemon
- 1 lb asparagus
- 1 tablespoon Virgin Olive’s Traditional Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
- Virgin Olive’s Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Toss asparagus with the Virgin Olive Traditional olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper
- Place asparagus flat on a baking sheet
- Roast for 15 minutes.
- Remove from oven and drizzle with the Virgin Olive Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar.
