Balsamic Italian Herb Dipping Oil Recipe
- 1 part traditional balsamic vinegar
- 4 parts Italian Herb extra virgin olive oil
- sea salt, to taste
- black pepper, to taste
- Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
- French or Aritsan Baguette
- Mix balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
- Season to taste with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Sprinkle cheese in bowl.
- Cut bread on a bias.
- Dip bread into bowl and Enjoy!
