Black Truffle Oil
The flavor of black truffles is far less pungent and more refined than that of white truffles. It is reminiscent of fresh earth and mushrooms, and when their fresh scent is infused with our olive oil, the taste will not disappoint.
Wonderfully earthy, it’s heaven when used in risotto, pasta or egg dishes. Try it drizzled over fresh mozzarella pizza or macaroni and cheese.
