Traditional White Balsamic Vinegar
Our Traditional White Balsamic Vinegar is deliciously sweet, fruity, mildly acidic and beautifully balanced. Sweet, white Trebbiano grape pressings are simmered for hours at a low temperature to avoid any darkening until they have become thick and caramelized.
Use for salad dressings or to marinate poultry. Packs a flavorful punch when added to your favorite dishes.
Pairs well with our Tuscan Herb Olive Oil and Meyer Lemon Olive Oil.
